Product Manager The Product Manager drives value creation and market leadership for assigned product(s) in the global Pharmacy Automation portfolio. They ensure the success of the product lifecycle by understanding customer needs and experiences, translating pain points into requirements, and creating and executing the product roadmap in partnership with Engineering and Development. The primary goals for this role include: Identify market needs in the pharmacy, hospital, and healthcare provider industry. Become a customer expert and work closely with Engineering and Development to refine and deliver product features. Own product research, competitive analysis, and discovery for your assigned product(s). Develop market requirements collaboratively with global stakeholders, supporting product investments and business cases, aligned with our innovation processes. Define product requirements, use cases, and user stories based on insights gathered and with a customer-centric approach. Define, own, and promote a strategic roadmap for assigned product(s). Identify and prioritize new features and improvements for your assigned product(s). Lead the introduction of new products to customers and teams, following our stage-gate innovation processes. Take ownership of pilot activities and support the handover to Sales and Services teams. Go-To-Market: Lead interdepartmental launch activities as the product subject matter expert, including influencing marketing collateral, sales activities, and operational readiness. Develop and oversee the product lifecycle plan for all assigned products. Your competence A bachelor’s degree in science, engineering, or a technical field. Minimum 3 years of experience in product management or related roles. Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, results-oriented, cross-functional environment. Competencies in IT and software topics, capable of communicating with IT experts.
