Octocom is a technology startup on a mission to eliminate repetitive customer support work through artificial intelligence. We believe that with today’s technology, humans should no longer spend their time answering the same questions all day. \r\n\r\n Our AI independently handles the most common customer interactions: order tracking, product guidance, returns, delivery questions, order modifications, and more - across chat, email, and phone. \r\n\r\n To get there, we are expanding into new markets - and Italy is one of our key priorities. \r\n\r\n We are now looking for a motivated Sales Executive who will take ownership of the Italian market and build Octocom’s presence there from the ground up - effectively becoming the founding person behind our growth in Italy. \r\n\r\n This is an active, hands-on role where you will help build the market from scratch, with full support from our team. \r\n\r\n We will guide you, train you, and work closely with you as you grow into the role. \r\n\r\n Find and approach potential clients (online retailers and digital-first companies)\r\n Run sales conversations and product demos \r\n Share market feedback with the founders and help shape the strategy for Italy \r\n\r\n This is a performance-driven sales role. Base salary: from 2,500 EUR gross (full-time)\r\n\r\n Commission (the most important part): You receive a 10% revenue share on every client you close. All clients pay on a subscription basis (monthly or yearly), which means your commission is recurring, not a one-time premio. \r\n\r\n If you close a client paying €10,000/month, you earn €1,000/month in recurring commission, on top of your base salary. \r\n If over time you build a €50,000/month client portfolio, you earn €5,000/month from commission alone, plus base salary and bonuses. \r\n\r\n You will effectively act as the founding person for the Italian market - building it from zero, shaping the strategy, and growing it as if it were your own business, with full support from the founders. \r\n\r\n Fluent in Italian (written and spoken)\r\n Comfortable communicating in English (working level)\r\n Able to work independently in a remote setup \r\n\r\n If you want a role where your effort directly affects your income, your growth, and the success of a market - this is it.
