My client, a global technology company that specialises in enterprise asset intelligence solutions, is seeking a Field Marketing Senior Manager of Growth Markets to play a pivotal role in shaping and executing sales-aligned Go-To-Market strategies across key Western Growth Markets, including the UK & Ireland, Nordics, France, Italy, and Iberia. This is a high-impact leadership position, acting as the primary marketing partner to the regional Sales Leadership Team and Area Sales Leader, with a clear focus on driving revenue growth and accelerating key opportunities. The successful candidate will lead a team of field marketing professionals, coordinating efforts across strategic customers, channel partners, and industry verticals to deliver measurable outcomes.
What you'll do:Own and execute the regional GTM strategy, ensuring marketing priorities align seamlessly with sales goalsPartner with Sales to build joint business plans that accelerate opportunities and revenueDesign and deliver country-specific campaigns and ABM programs for high-value accountsCollaborate with strategic channel partners to run impactful, results-driven campaignsLead, inspire, and develop a high-performing Field Marketing team, managing budgets and cross-functional executionContinuously analyse and optimise campaign performance to maximize ROI and business impact
What we're looking for:8+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in Field, Channel, or Vertical Marketing3+ years' experience managing and developing high-performing teamsProven ability to convert marketing initiatives into measurable revenue outcomesStrong project and budget management skills, with a hands-on, strategic mindsetExceptional communication, leadership, and collaboration skillsFluent in English; proficiency in additional European languages is a plus
