KMD, Master Dealer SKY, is seeking to hire 3 District Managers to exclusively develop and manage SKY operations in Calabria, Campania, and Puglia.
Key responsibilities include:
* Monitoring the commercial objectives of the assigned area consistently.
* Ensuring proper oversight of the sales network and identifying development opportunities.
* Supporting and motivating sales points within their area to promote offered services.
* Providing qualitative and quantitative feedback for the development of assigned sales points.
* Conducting scouting activities to find suitable new sales points for service propositions.
Ideal candidates should have:
* Significant experience in Telecommunications/Energy sectors.
* Strong goal-oriented approach.
* Ability to operate within an organized and structured company environment.
* Leadership skills and team guidance capabilities.
* Knowledge of various B2B channels.
