What You’ll Do
* Support Italian-speaking customers via phone, email & chat
* Assist with product use troubleshooting & warranty queries
* Collaborate with internal teams for complex cases
* Stay up to date with new products & company updates
What We’re Looking For
* Fluent in Italian (C1-C2) & good English (B2)
* Excellent communication & empathy skills
* Customer service experience is a plus
* Ready for an on‑site role in beautiful Lisbon

1000 £/month base (14 months) 100 performance bonus (12 months)
