Our values and continuous improvement culture build the foundation of strong and sustainable businesses appreciated by our employees and customers around the world. /p pThe Global Key Account Manager (GKAM)- Industrial Production acts as the strategic interface between Ammega and a selected portfolio of multinational key customers. The role drives long-term partnerships, secures profitable growth, and ensures full alignment between customer needs and Ammega’s global commercial and technical capabilities.br/The GKAM promotes a customer‑centric culture, supports global business development, and contributes to the execution of the group’s commercial strategy across regions and industry segments. /p pMust have experience within one of these categories: /p ul liPaper Print, Corrugated /li liPersonal Care Hygiene /li liBuilding Material, Wood /li /ul pbAccountabilities /b /p ul liOwn and develop the relationship with 3–5 global key accounts, becoming the primary point of reference for all commercial, technical, and coordination matters. /li liUnderstand customer needs across regions and industry applications, identifying opportunities to expand the business and strengthen Ammega’s share of wallet. /li liLead the solution‑design process in collaboration with RD, Product Groups, and Operations, ensuring that customer requirements are translated into feasible, profitable, and timely proposals. /li liCoordinate the resolution of technical or service issues, ensuring that the appropriate internal functions respond with speed, competence, and transparency. /li liDrive and monitor global project execution, facilitating consistent communication with customer stakeholders and ensuring delivery of agreed milestones. /li liAct as the voice of the customer within the organization, promoting customer satisfaction and informing internal teams about trends, risks, and opportunities. /li liSupport global pricing strategies, contract negotiations, and long‑term agreements, ensuring alignment with the company’s commercial policies and value‑based selling approach. /li liEnable cross‑regional collaboration, ensuring that local sales teams are aligned, informed, and supported in the development of the assigned global accounts, by maximizing the sales at local customers. /li /ul pbRequirements of the job /b /p ul liSolid experience in Sales department with proved negotiation and communication skills /li liGood understanding of industrial processes and product/application feasibility /li liAutonomous, structured and solution‑oriented approach /li liExperience working with multinational customers and cross‑regional teams (matrix organization) /li /ul h3Job Info /h3 ul liJob Category Sales - Key Account Management /li liPosting Date 03/03/2026, 01:48 PM /li liLocations Via Santa Lucia, 114, Mathi, IT /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
