Your Role
As Sales Manager for North & South – Heating Systems, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing key customer relationships, and driving revenue growth across multiple regions. Reporting directly to the Sales Manager for Europe, you'll play a critical role in expanding our footprint in both mature and emerging markets. In this role you will have around 15 people reporting to you.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic sales plans for the North & South European regions.
Identify and cultivate new business opportunities with a focus on long-term partnerships.
Manage existing accounts, ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention.
Collaborate with technical teams to deliver tailored heating system solutions.
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to adapt sales strategies.
Represent the company at trade fairs, events, and customer meetings.
About You
You're a driven and confident commercial professional with a master's degree and experience working in a similar role with complex technical projects is necessary. Experience within Heating Systems is a strong merit and will help you quickly understand our customers' needs and market landscape.
You bring an ownership mindset and a natural ability to inspire momentum—qualities that enable you to lead your market and support the continued growth of the sales team. Building strong relationships, closing deals, and taking full responsibility for your business area are things you genuinely enjoy.
With excellent communication and negotiation skills, you navigate diverse regions and stakeholder groups with ease. You thrive in an international environment, are comfortable managing your own sales pipeline, and stay motivated even when working independently. Fluency in English is essential, and additional European languages are a strong advantage. To succeed in this role, you're also willing and excited to travel regularly across Europe.
