ROLE OVERVIEW
We are looking for a dynamic and creative Junior Social Media & Events Specialist to support the planning, execution, and optimization of our social media presence and brand events. The ideal candidate is passionate about digital communication, brand storytelling, and delivering memorable event experiences. This role works closely with the marketing team to strengthen brand visibility, engagement, and community growth across all channels.
JOB ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Social Media
* Assist in planning and creating engaging content (copy, images, videos, stories, reels) for all social media platforms.
* Schedule and publish content following the editorial calendar.
* Monitor comments, messages, and community activity to ensure a positive and consistent brand presence.
* Support social media performance tracking by preparing weekly/monthly analytics reports.
* Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and new opportunities.
* Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure brand alignment.
Events
* Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of online and offline events (product launches, training sessions, brand activations, corporate events).
* Support logistical activities such as vendor communication, event materials preparation, and on-site coordination.
* Contribute to event set-up, audience interaction, and post-event reporting.
* Help ensure brand consistency and quality across all event touchpoints.
KEY SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Event Management, or related field.
* Strong interest in social media trends, content creation, and brand communication.
* Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
