Responsibilities: Manage channel KPIs according to company goals and targets Develop the deepest understanding of key customer needs, through the definition of Customer Journey map Strengthen and expand the relationships with existing customers Facilitate KKAA sales through a comprehensive sell out plan (Analyze, Explain, Engage and Act) Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner Act as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams Share regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using internal and key account metrics Leverage CRM capabilities to increase business opportunities and maximize the effectiveness of sales and marketing activities Participation and Management Trade show, fairs and customer events Collecting competitors catalogues, samples and pricing in coordination with merchandising dept. Check credit limit and unpayment reports in coordination with credit dept. Spend time on the field (min. 50%) including international trips Skills & Experiences: Master Degree in Economics and/or Sales Strategy; Proven experience as KKAAMgr/Sales Mgr, min. 2-3 years, with preferable experience in Safety business or in an international environment Microsoft office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM proficient (SalesForce.com) Experience in sales and providing solutions based on customer needs Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels; Excellent organizational and project management skills; Ability in problem-solving and negotiation; Organized and able to manage priority; Fluent in Italian, English and French; Fourth foreign language is considered a plus.
