As the Business Development Manager, you'll identify new business opportunities to generate revenue, improve profitability, and support business growth.
In this role, you will oversee the operations of all office staff supporting customer service, facility management, HR, health & safety, information systems, quality procedures, and processes, in coordination with Operations, HR, IT, and other service departments.
Responsibilities:
Business Development
* Manage, coach, and lead the Business Development Team.
* Develop and strengthen existing customer relationships and create new engagement opportunities to expand market reach.
* Establish strong relationships with key accounts through excellent service, support, and technical competence.
* Provide market, customer, and competitor insights to the senior leadership and develop strategies for profitable growth aligned with company goals.
* Monitor KPIs regularly and ensure targets are achieved.
* Sell and advise on all AVASK services.
* Prepare and deliver presentations and marketing materials with external partners.
* Attend networking events, seminars, and conferences—virtually and in person.
* Set strategic aims and objectives to develop and improve the business.
* Identify cross-selling opportunities across the company.
* Stay updated on industry trends and communicate changes to the team.
* Maintain continuous self-development and knowledge enhancement.
Operations
* Ensure adequate resources are available for company activities.
* Support staff and liaise with HR as needed.
* Maintain relationships with partners, vendors, and suppliers.
* Analyze data, interpret findings, and prepare reports.
* Ensure compliance with legal rules and guidelines.
* Oversee premises maintenance, security, and fire safety systems.
* Manage procurement within budget limits.
* Monitor client satisfaction, investigate complaints, and respond appropriately.
* Assist with internal audits of systems and processes.
Skills
