They make the difference not only by what they do, but by how they do it. /p h3Role Summary /h3 pMarketing Managers are responsible for planning, executing and optimising global and regional marketing campaigns across one or more Videndum brands within the photographic, content creation and professional video sectors. The role ensures alignment between product marketing, trade marketing, creative, digital, PR and regional sales teams. This position delivers high-impact product launches, promotional campaigns and brand-building activity, supporting revenue and brand-growth objectives across global markets. /p pWork Location: bCassola, Italy/Hybrid /b – at least b3 days a week in the office /b, and 2 days a week working from home (after initial training period) at bCassola /b. /p h3Your day-to-day might include: /h3 h3Strategy Go-to-Market Planning /h3 ul liWork with product marketing managers to develop product strategy into clear, actionable tactical marketing plans. /li liAlign campaign activity with global product strategy, business objectives and regional sales targets. /li liSupport product lifecycle marketing through coordinated planning with product, marketing and sales teams. /li /ul h3Campaign Planning Execution /h3 ul liDevelop and execute integrated product launch, brand and promotional campaigns across digital, social and traditional channels. /li liEnsure brand consistency and clear messaging across all customer-facing touchpoints. /li liWork with creative, content and digital teams to deliver campaign assets including video, imagery, editorial content, webinars and testimonials. /li /ul h3Revenue Margin /h3 ul liSupport revenue and margin delivery through strategic, data-informed campaign execution. /li liMonitor campaign performance and adapt activity in response to results, competitor actions and market shifts. /li /ul h3Customer Market Intimacy /h3 ul liGather insights from customers, ambassadors, social channels and competitors to feed into campaign development. /li liProvide relevant insights to product marketing and product management for roadmap and strategic planning. /li /ul h3Brand Ambassador Program /h3 ul liManage and nurture relationships with brand ambassadors. /li liFacilitate authentic campaign content and feedback that supports product positioning and campaign effectiveness. /li /ul h3Trade Shows Events /h3 ul liAttend global industry events and trade shows in support of brand visibility, product launches and campaign initiatives. /li liEnsure the brands are represented professionally and consistently. /li /ul h3Social Media Community Engagement /h3 ul liCollaborate with the digital team to drive campaign reach and engagement across the most effective platforms. /li liUse Brandwatch to monitor sentiment, track conversations and gather insights that enhance campaign direction and optimisation. /li liEnsure social content aligns with campaign messaging. /li /ul h3Media Planning /h3 ul liDevelop media plans across organic and paid channels. /li liBrief the media buying team with campaign objectives, target audiences and messaging requirements. /li /ul h3Campaign Reporting Optimisation /h3 ul liTrack, measure and analyse campaign performance metrics. /li liProvide reporting and actionable insights to the marketing campaigns communications leadership team. /li liApply learnings to optimise future marketing initiatives. /li /ul h3Cross-Functional Collaboration /h3 ul liWork closely with product marketing, creative services, digital marketing, PR, trade marketing and regional sales teams to ensure aligned execution and delivery of marketing activities. /li /ul h3What We’re Looking For /h3 ul liMinimum 5 years’ experience in marketing campaign management or product marketing. /li liProven ability to plan and deliver integrated campaigns across digital, social and traditional channels. /li liStrong analytical skills with the ability to use data for campaign optimisation. /li liExcellent written and verbal communication skills in English. /li liHighly organised, able to manage multiple projects and deadlines. /li liExperience managing brand ambassador or influencer relationships. /li liComfortable working with global teams in multiple time zones. /li liProficient with Microsoft Office applications and Microsoft Teams. /li liProficient in Salesforce and Salesforce Marketing Cloud. /li liStrong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure. /li /ul h3Nice to Have /h3 ul liExperience working in a multi-brand environment. /li liAdditional language skills. /li liStrong technical aptitude. /li /ul h3Education and Qualifications /h3 ul liPractical experience and applied marketing skills are more important than specific academic credentials. /li liTraining or professional
