Sales Manager Campania (gn) - Location: Naples (Italy)

The Sales Manager will play a key role in supporting the company business growth through the acquisition of new customers and the development of the current assigned portfolio with a multi-service approach in the specific area of Region Campania.
The main activities will be:
* Hunting of new customers, within the segment of medium and large customers
* Developing the customer portfolio in the assigned geographical area (Campania/Italy) actively contributing to the company growth
* Supporting the current customers with a consultancy approach, also through customized data analysis
* Up and cross selling activity of DKV products and services
* Participate at business trade fairs and other events
The minimum requirements for this position include:
* Previous experience, at least 5 years, in Sales on field in a structured company, preferably in customer acquisition process
* Effective Communication and Negotiation skills
* Strong organizational skills
* Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently and effectively
* Good knowledge of English (at least B2)
* Proficient in the use of CRM and Excel
* Residence in Naples (at least in Region Campania)
* Strong positive attitude to problem solving
* Pro-active, willing to actively participate to the company success
* High level of commitment, accountability and flexibility
* Self-motivation and resilience
