We are seeking a highly talented and self-motivated Digital Customer Engagement Manager to join us in advancing technological innovation through SAP projects.
Your Role & Responsibilities
* Supporting sales-to-delivery handover and customer onboarding for SAP Enterprise Cloud Services.
* Contributing to onboarding and transitioning customers to SAP Enterprise Cloud Services.
* Orchestrating service/project delivery within scope, budget, and milestones.
* Supporting de-escalations in critical customer situations.
* Collaborating with MIM, SAP Customer Office, and SAP Product Support on critical issues.
* Participating in customer release and maintenance activities.
* Supporting customers throughout their lifecycle within SAP Enterprise.
* Executing problem management and continuous improvement initiatives.
* Facilitating communication with SAP stakeholders to ensure customer success.
* Reviewing account status and analyzing needs for account transition based on growth.
* Ensuring faster onboarding of associates with training documentation.
* Enabling ongoing knowledge transfer sessions on new topics and refreshers.
Qualifications & Experience
Technical Skills:
* Minimum 5 years of SAP Basis experience, with expertise in HANA database.
* Mandatory experience in SAP Upgrade & Migration (OS/DB).
* Experience with SaaS integrations (Ariba, Salesforce, C4S) is a plus.
* Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
* Italian at C2 or native level; English at B2 or above.
Work Experiences
* 5-6 years in multinational software/IT companies.
* 5 years of SAP S/4HANA Basis knowledge.
* At least 2 years of cloud-related experience.
