Your role and responsibilities Develop core technology sales capabilities while supporting IBM sales teams and engaging with clients. Learn modern selling techniques, build pipeline, and collaborate with technical specialists and solution teams.
Support the sales cycle from early prospecting through qualified opportunities Engage with clients to understand business challenges and technology needs Contribute to client conversations and early solution positioning Collaborate with technical specialists, solution teams, and partners on opportunities Build pipeline through outreach, lead follow‑up, and opportunity development Participate in structured sales training, certifications, and skill development
Required education Bachelor's Degree Required technical and professional expertise
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, or related field Recent graduate with up to 12 months of full‑time professional experience Strong interest in technology sales and client engagement Strong communication, collaboration, and learning mindset Fluency in English and the local language of the hiring market
Preferred technical and professional experience
Exposure to enterprise technology areas such as AI, cloud, data, or automation Internship, academic, or project experience related to sales, technology, or business development Interest in international work environments and willingness to relocate for the program assignment
