This focus results in a dynamic, fast paced environment where cross functional teams are encouraged to collaborate to achieve success. /ppWe have hundreds of salespeople across the world, within market roles and ranging in areas like Field Sales, Key Accounts, Trade Marketing and Category Development. /ppbr/ppbAbout the role /b /ppThe National Account Manager (NAM), reporting to the Head of Channel, is responsible for executing customer strategies that drive profitable revenue growth while optimizing net working capital. The role focuses on accelerating category growth within key customers, building strong partnerships, and delivering best-in-class omnichannel execution. The NAM will collaborate closely with a cross-functional team—including Trade Marketing, Finance, and Supply—to ensure a customer-centric approach and elevate partnerships with our clients. /ppbr/ppbYour responsibilities /b /pulliEnsure the achievement of business KPIs and objectives through effective negotiation and management of commercial agreements with the customer. /liliDeliver on sales targets and objectives. /liliDrive the optimal category mix within the company portfolio to maximize customer profitability. /liliCollaborate closely with Marketing and Trade Marketing teams to develop and implement tailored Category and Trade Plans for the customer. /liliDesign and execute customer-specific promotional plans. /liliIdentify new business opportunities to enhance efficiency and profitability across categories. /li /ulpbr/ppbThe experience we're looking for /b /pulliEducation: Degree in Economics. /liliExperience in Sales within an FMCG company, managing key customers with significant complexity and revenue responsibility. /liliAdditional Skills: Previous experience in Marketing or Trade Marketing is considered a plus. /liliLanguages: Fluency in Italian and English. /li /ulpbr/ppbThe skills for success /b /ppAnalytical and problem-solving skills, strong commercial understanding of business issues/opportunities, capacity to build trustful relationship in all levels of organisation, ownership, independence. /ppbr/ppbWhat we offer /b /ppWe believe great work deserves great rewards.
