This role is remote, with an option to work from our Pordenone, Italy office.Responsibilities:Stay current with product launches and transitions to support sales engagement programs.Develop new business opportunities with Light Commercial Refrigerator and Freezer Agents, OBMs, and OEMs.Engage with various departments within customer organizations, including engineering, sourcing, operations, and quality.Provide technical presentations, product information, and training to customers.Document market and customer insights and relay information to the organization.Support marketing efforts, monitor market trends, and gather customer feedback.Assist team members in achieving KPIs.Participate in regional and international trade shows and support promotional activities.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field.5-10 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or RD.Knowledge of Light Commercial reciprocating compressor products and applications.Excellent communication skills in English and at least one European language.Motivated, self-sufficient, and able to manage multiple projects.Willing to travel domestically and internationally, including weekends.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Teams.Experience with major Light Commercial Agents, OBMs, and OEMs is advantageous.Knowledge of Chinese is a plus but not required.Midea Corporation is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate based on race, religion, color, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, age, veteran status, disability, or other legally protected characteristics.
