You’ll be part of a collaborative, forward-thinking team that’s passionate about creativity, performance, and building long-term relationships in the Italian media landscape. **What You’ll Do**: - Drive advertising revenue across Disney+ and other media platforms, exceeding weekly, monthly, and quarterly targets.
- Build and nurture multi-level relationships with media agencies and clients, with a focus on planning and buying teams.
- Pitch and sell multi-platform content packages and campaign-led solutions.
- Own a defined agency/client portfolio and lead its strategic development.
- Provide accurate forecasting and performance reporting.
- Collaborate with Client Services and EMEA Account Managers to deliver seamless, end-to-end campaign execution.
- Monitor market trends and use analytics to shape sales strategies and narratives.
- Lead new business pitches and present complex media plans with confidence and clarity. **What You’ll Bring**: - Extensive experience in media sales, ideally within a major broadcaster or media owner.
- Deep understanding of the digital ecosystem, including VOD, BVOD, SVOD, and Connected TV.
- Proven success in managing agency/client portfolios and growing investment.
- Strong grasp of programmatic trading models and planning strategies (Direct IO, Programmatic Guaranteed, PMP).
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills in both Italian and English.
- Strategic mindset with a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
- Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Salesforce, and media analytics tools.
