Refer them and earn rewards for helping our team grow. /li /ul pJoin the IT Team at Seed to Table – Now Hiring an ECRS Specialist! /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liSupport and maintain bECRS POS systems /b and bCatapult Back Office /b /li liCreate and submit bWorksheets /b, bDynamic Promotions /b, labels, and reports in Catapult /li liAdd, update, and manage items within the POS system /li liTroubleshoot hardware and software issues including printers, registers, scanners, and card readers /li liRespond promptly to service requests and technical issues from associates /li liTrain and support team members on POS systems and related technology /li liCreate and update store signage using bAdobe Illustrator /b /li liTest equipment functionality and ensure system accuracyFollow established IT processes, procedures, and timelines /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liExperience with bECRS POS systems /b and bCatapult Back Office /b preferred /li liProficiency in bMS Office /b, especially bExcel /b /li liBasic knowledge of databases and POS system principles /li liStrong technical troubleshooting skills /li liDetail-oriented with strong organizational and prioritization abilities /li liAbility to communicate clearly and follow established processes /li liProficiency in bEnglish /b /li liReliable transportation and flexible availability, including weekends /li liMust be 18 years of age or older and able to work full-time (up to 40 hours per week) /li /ul h3Physical Requirements /h3 ul liAbility to stand and/or walk for the duration of a scheduled shift /li liFrequent bending, twisting, reaching, pushing, and pulling /li liAbility to lift and/or move objects up to b25 lbs. /b, and occasionally up to b50 lbs. /b /li liAbility to work around store equipment, hardware, and workstations /li liAbility to use ladders and step ladders as needed /li liAbility to work in environments with moderate dust and cleaning agents /li liAbility to work with a variety of fresh, dried, and processed products without allergic reactions /li liAbility to occasionally work in tight spaces, including under counters or desks /li /ul h3How to Apply /h3 pReady to bring your culinary passion to life?
