Join us in our exciting quest to build the future home! /p h3About the role /h3 pWe are now looking for a driven Product Specialist Consumables Accessories who will join our CA team to support the full product development from product idea to market introduction as well as the update of current ranges (regulatory and packaging updates). /p pYou will work closely with Innovation Category Managers in developing and executing the category generation plan for our consumables accessories (CA) range around taste, care and wellbeing product categories, supporting in delivering the business objectives. Project-lead portfolio updates, making sure all needed tasks are performed in a timely manner. /p pbWe offer a fixed-term contract for a maternity leave replacement. /b /p h3Location /h3 pThe role can be based either in Italy - Porcia (PN) or in Sweden (Stockholm HQ). /p h3What you’ll do /h3 ul liClose and daily co-operation with internal project stakeholders (project leader, RD, marketing, sourcing…) and OEM suppliers to ensure execution and follow-up of all product related activities. /li liSupport in the preparation of the material requested to drive the product development or range update processes through their different phases. /li liCheck specifications, phase-in/phase-out inside Product Life cycle Management. /li liProduct maintenance and administration to ensure effective portfolio management. /li liSupport the development and creation of marketing support material such as packaging, leaflet, labels for new product launches and new variant requests. /li liSecure availability of technical documentation (as user manual, installation drawings, other) /li liSamples organization shipment for new product launches and testing activities /li liInvolvement in complexity reduction activities in strong collaboration with the CA commercial team /li liQuality follow up (e.g.: pilot appliances issues blocking production lines) /li liSupport with Compliance Department and third-party test institutes/Labs /li /ul h3Who you are /h3 ul liShort experience in product marketing and/or commercial areas (with product knowledge/ product management) and/or product development (ideally in more than one function), preferably within Consumer Goods area /li liMaster’s degree in business, Marketing or Engineering. /li liGood knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint are a must) /li liProject leadership experience, preferably in an international environment.
