Agricultural Machinery Sales Manager
Location: Italy (Nationwide)
Reporting to: Area Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities
* Conduct field visits to customers across Italy.
* Create, manage, and regularly update customer data within the CRM/database system.
* Develop strong customer relations and maintain reliable communication channels.
* Identify and pursue business opportunities, and follow up on sales leads and orders.
* Collect project and market information to support sales promotion and provide competitive analysis.
* Work with the team to formulate and implement sales plans to achieve business targets.
* Participate in major project negotiations to support regional business growth.
* Assist with financing discussions and support payment collection when necessary.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Agriculture, or related field; relevant experience can substitute for education.
* 3+ years of experience in sales of agricultural machinery or related equipment.
* Strong knowledge of machinery applications, technical specifications, and customer needs.
* Proven track record in achieving sales targets.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
* Willingness to travel extensively across Italy.
* Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
