In this role, you will define and execute the on-site merchandising strategy, owning product visibility, rankings, and presentation (PLP/PDP, cross-sell) to maximize conversion and customer experience across all markets.Working cross functionally with E-commerce, GTM, Buying and CRO teams, you will translate commercial plans into effective on-site execution, driving performance analysis and continuous optimization in a fast-paced environment. You will also identify key commercial opportunities and improve product discoverability to support business growth.Main Responsibilities:Define and execute global e-commerce merchandising strategy across all e-commerce channels, ensuring alignment with commercial objectives and brand positioning.Own the strategy for product visibility, rankings, and overall on-site presentation (PLP/PDP, cross-sell)Own and continuously improve product discoverability across the site (navigation, search, filtering, category structure)Analyze product and category performance (high/low performers, risks, opportunities)Identify product gaps and commercial opportunities across categories, supporting growth and assortment optimizationTranslate GTM plans into clear on-site executi
