We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to lead sales efforts, develop and execute market strategies, and drive business growth.
Sales Responsibilities
As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for establishing a channel system in Italy, including agents, secondary KA, and OEM customers. You will formulate product and price strategies, optimize the distributor system to ensure the supply of channel inventory, and maintain market order while ensuring the profitability of partners.
You will also formulate sales strategies according to company requirements, set quarterly/annual goals and plans, improve marketing organization systems and management systems, and rationally allocate company resources to ensure the implementation of marketing strategies.
In addition, you will manage regional sell-in and sell-out to ensure accurate sales forecasts.
Key Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree in marketing, sales management, or a related field. A minimum of five years of relevant local work experience is required, with a proven track record of success in integrated marketing. You must have strong market development and sales capabilities, as well as excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to develop and lead high-performing teams.
