We are seeking Junior/Senior Account Managers to build long-term relationships with our clients and deliver value through outstanding service. We’re growing fast and are looking for someone with a commercial mindset to join our team and support client success from day one.
Responsibilities:
As an Account Manager, you’ll work closely with sales team members to manage client accounts, coordinate projects, and ensure smooth day-to-day communication.
* Support the Account Management team in handling client requests and maintaining relationships
* Deal with customer complaints and analyze the root cause to prevent it from happening again
* Coordinate internal resources to ensure timely project delivery
* Monitor account performance and flag issues proactively
* Attend client meetings and support follow-ups
* Help identify opportunities for upselling and service improvement
Qualifications:
A bachelor’s degree or above in Logistics Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks
In-depth knowledge of warehousing/delivery is highly preferred
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, both internally and externally
English is the working language, yet Chinese(Mandarin)/Polish is a huge plus
