Our client is a fast-growing European company operating in the automotive aftermarket, specialized in the production and distribution of high-quality lubricants, antifreeze, AdBlue, and related products.
As part of its strategic expansion in Italy— already established few years ago—were seeking a
SALES MANAGER ITALY
The ideal candidate has around 7 / 10 years of solid experience in sales within the Lubricants sector and is motivated by a role offering a high degree of autonomy and full ownership of the Italian business.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the existing revenue
Lead full commercial operations of the Italian market and further develop the local market.
Identify and establish contact with potential customers for the extensive portfolio of products (ideal customer for cross selling)
Develop sales both for private-label customers and own brands on a Full-Truck Load (FTL) basis
Provide feedback regarding products performance, competition, market trends, newest developments in the Italian market
Represent the company in all major industry events taking place in Italy
Conduct extensive reporting and being responsible for continuous updates to HQ.
Additional requirements:
Excellent knowledge and established contacts in the Italian market on a FTL basis
Ability to understand and evaluate competitiveness of the companys portfolio.
Outstanding networking ability
Fluency in English
