We are looking for a
Junior E-commerce Specialist
to support the management and development of our online sales channel, contributing to business growth and performance improvement.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Support day-to-day operations of the e-commerce channel;
Assist in the implementation of online commercial strategies aligned with business objectives;
Monitor and analyze sales performance (KPIs, conversion rate, traffic) and prepare reports;
Optimize product content to improve visibility and conversion rates;
Support promotional activities and pricing strategies;
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Marketing, Supply Chain);
Monitor targets and support corrective actions when needed.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
Degree in Economics, Marketing, Management, or related fields;
Strong interest in e-commerce and digital sales;
Fluent in English and Chinese;
Analytical mindset and good knowledge of Excel;
Attention to detail and organizational skills;
Team player with good communication skills.
