Technical and Professional Requirements
\n
- Degree in Electronic, Aerospace, Naval Engineering or equivalent disciplines.
- At least 5 years of experience in technical, commercial, or institutional roles, or prior service in the Italian Armed Forces.
- Knowledge of procurement processes, technical specifications, and inter‐service dynamics.
- C1/C2 level English, with strong technical and institutional communication skills.
- Experience managing complex sales cycles and multiple stakeholders.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and institutional representation skills.
- Goal‐oriented mindset, operational autonomy, and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Availability for frequent travel in Italy and abroad.

Key Responsibilities
\n
- Development of business opportunities in the Defence, Aerospace, Security, and Dual‐Use sectors.
- Management of relationships with manufacturing industries, Armed Forces, government bodies, system integrators, and industrial partners.
- Technical analysis of customer requirements and definition of the most suitable solutions.
- Promotion of products and services from leading international companies, with a focus on advanced technologies.
- Coordination with technical teams, engineering, product management, sales management, and procurement.
- Market analysis, technology scouting, and contribution to growth strategy development.
- Participation in trade shows, technical meetings, demonstrations, and institutional activities.
