Job Title Major Account Sales Executive I Job Description: This role is responsible for developing Major Accounts sales activity and growing collective market share. The incumbent will achieve this through fostering relationships and uncovering opportunities leading to defined target accounts, as well as increasing share in existing Major Accounts. The individual will collaborate with internal support teams and the dealer organization(s) to define and implement industry strategies to win in defined markets. They will champion Account Development Plans for allocated accounts, providing energy, coverage and direction. This position will be responsible for the relationship of the target assigned accounts and will utilise defined sales processes and customer relationship skills to ensure customer satisfaction. The incumbent will provide forecasts, drive and support market activity, and assist with developing sales plans as directed by the Head of Major Accounts in Italy. In addition, they will provide support and assistance to the wider Major Accounts team and to our dealers in the delivery of HYG objectives within the theatre.
