MISSION To make our “Conquest 2027” vision a reality, we are strengthening our marketing team with the position of Senior Brand Manager Women Health. Seize this opportunity to make a difference Work in close collaboration with the Marketing team to: Shape the innovation & new launches marketing strategy in Women Health. Prepare launch plans (understand drivers for prescription and OTC purchase, key SKUs, forecasted sales) 6-18 months prior to launch in collaboration and alignment with Distributor Finance and Supply Chain departments. Allocate priorities across countries in the region and in terms of portfolio development. Define key strategic pillars supported by the development and promotion of effective communication and marketing material. Lead marketing activities (e.g., Cycle Meeting preparation, business reviews, consolidation of product forecasting, business case preparations) in collaboration with CL, science team, and distributors. Prepare briefings, coordinate, and follow-up with external agencies to develop marketing material and market research as needed to support countries in the region. Monitor competitive situations, market trends, and broader environment: provide information on performance, key competitors, market dynamics, pricing impact, and customer/patient needs for business reviews and regional requests. Be actively involved in product development based on market needs and opportunities. Analyze and understand market performance of focus products and develop short-term tactics to capture market opportunities aligned with strategic pillars. Coordinate the marketing budget, ensuring spending aligns with plans and priorities. Establish strong working relationships with key internal stakeholders (UPSA International, CLs, Regulatory Affairs, Medical, and Finance). REQUIREMENTS Master’s degree in marketing, commercial engineering, business economics, Finance, or equivalent. Ability to quickly learn & adapt to changing environments. At least 3 years of experience in marketing within the pharmaceutical or FMCG industry. Strong marketing/digital skills, strategic thinking, and pragmatic execution capabilities. Growth mindset and ability to think outside the box. Previous experience in medical detailing is preferred. Strong strategic and commercial mindset. Ability to collaborate at all levels and a business-oriented approach. Good analytical skills and ability to drive projects based on data. Successful leadership of projects and experience working cross-functionally. Passionate, innovative, accountable, autonomous, proactive, with a balance between speed, quality, and risk management.
