We are looking for a Marketing Manager who can elevate the brand presence with a strong sense of style, strategy, and storytelling. You will play a key role in positioning the hotel across all channels, bringing to life impactful campaigns that connect with both global travelers and the local scene. What you’ll do: Develop and execute integrated marketing and communication strategies aligned with revenue goals. Lead campaigns across digital, social, PR, and traditional channels. Drive Food & Beverage storytelling and promotions, targeting both in-house guests and local audiences. Manage social media presence, content creation, and online reputation. Coordinate PR activities, media relations, and press releases. Collaborate with eCommerce, Revenue, Sales, and Operations teams to ensure alignment and performance. Oversee marketing collateral, photo shoots, and visual assets in line with brand standards. Monitor performance, trends, and competitors to continuously optimize campaigns. Who we’re looking for: Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field. 2–4 years of experience in marketing, digital or PR (hospitality or lifestyle brands preferred). Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and content strategy. Creative mindset with a sharp eye for branding and aesthetics. Excellent communication and project management skills.
