For the next season, we are looking for a Sous Chef to join the team. He/she should have exceptional taste and exemplary customer service skills. The primary objective is to provide a friendly, attentive, and timely service and to create an exceptional experience for all our guests. He/She reports to Executive Chef. Main duties: Assisting the Executive Chef in managing the kitchen brigade and in creating and preparing menus; Coordinating food production and controlling food quality, taste and presentation of dishes; Ensuring adherence to all health, safety and security procedures; Collaborating with all F&B departments: Restaurant, Banqueting, Room Service, Bar; Compliance with quality and service standards. Requirements Effective communication, emotional intelligence and adaptability; Strong leadership skills; Global perspective: treat one another with respect and inclusiveness regardless of position, level or background; Flexibility regarding hours is essential, including willingness to work weekends, holidays and evenings; Ability to work under pressure; Strong motivation and passion for the job with the ability to adapt to a dynamic and challenging environment; Minimum 3 years experience in the same role in a fine dining restaurant; Fluent in Italian. Basic level of English preferred; Outstanding leadership skills; Flexibility and excellent efficiency in working under pressure.
