Key Responsibilities
- Marketing Strategy:
Develop and execute the company's overall marketing strategy, in line with business objectives.
- Event Management:
Conceive, plan, and manage the entire lifecycle of events (trade shows, conferences, product launches, corporate events), overseeing all logistical, organizational, and budgetary aspects.
- Team Management:
Lead, motivate the team, setting clear goals and monitoring performance.
- Client Relations:
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders, ensuring a positive and high-level experience.
- Analysis and Reporting:
Monitor the effectiveness of campaigns and events through specific KPIs, preparing detailed reports for management.
- Willingness to Travel:
Manage your own and the team's presence at events and meetings throughout the country.
Skills
- Experience:
A minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in marketing, with a focus on organizing and managing complex events.
- Languages:
Fluency in English, both written and spoken (C1/C2 level or equivalent).
- Leadership:
Proven experience in managing and developing a marketing team.
- Organizational Skills:
Excellent project management, strategic planning, and budget management abilities.
- Client Approach:
Strong customer focus with a positive attitude and outstanding interpersonal and negotiation skills.
