Optimize processes and workflows to enhance efficiency, meet business targets, and exceed customer expectations. /liliSales Growth and Performance Analysis: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement strategies that maximize revenue. Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) across all DTC channels to assess performance and identify areas for improvement. Provide actionable insights and recommendations to drive sales and operational efficiency. /liliTeam Coordination: Act as the central point of coordination among colleagues working across retail, e-commerce, and marketplaces, ensuring smooth collaboration. Support Retail Store Managers by focusing on driving sales growth and optimizing organizational efficiency, including people management and operational procedures. /liliProject Management: Lead and manage special projects, such as store openings or closings, promotional campaigns, and operational initiatives, ensuring they are executed efficiently. Oversee timely delivery and successful implementation of all initiatives to meet business objectives. /liliCost Control: Manage relationships with retail suppliers, monitoring expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness and alignment with budget goals.
