We are seeking an Account Executive to drive our commercial growth across the Italian market, with a base in Milan. You will be responsible for identifying and closing new business opportunities with enterprise and mid‐market clients, leveraging Contents' AI platform to support their digital transformation. This is a high‐impact role for a results‐driven professional who thrives in fast‐paced environments and has a strong understanding of the Italian business landscape.Key Responsibilities

Own the full sales cycle across key accounts in ItalyBuild and manage a strong pipeline through outbound activities, events, referrals, and partnershipsDeliver compelling presentations and product demos to both technical and business stakeholdersDevelop tailored commercial proposals in collaboration with pre‐sales and product teamsNegotiate and close deals, ensuring alignment with company targets and strategyCollaborate with marketing and leadership on go‐to‐market initiatives for ItalyMaintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor

Join Us If

3–5 years of experience in B2B SaaS salesProven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targetsExperience managing medium to long sales cyclesStrong knowledge of the Italian market and business cultureExisting network across industries such as retail, banking, telco, or manufacturingExcellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‐building skillsFluent in English (mandatory); Italian or any other language is a plusBased in Milan or willing to relocate

Nice To Have

Experience in MarTech, AI, or enterprise content solutionsBackground in high‐growth startups or scale‐upsFamiliarity with AI‐driven platforms or digital transformation projectsExperience working with international clients or cross‐border deals
