Job Opportunity: Business Development Manager
Location: Teramo, Italy
We are a renowned Acetaia based in the province of Modena, currently expanding our team. We are seeking a dynamic professional to contribute to our business growth through commercial development activities both in Italy and internationally. The role involves collaborating with management and ownership to ensure strategic decisions and support the company's rebranding process.
The selected candidate will work closely with the management to identify business development opportunities, focusing on:
1. Monitoring and developing existing markets in Italy and abroad;
2. Identifying new business opportunities;
3. Developing new distribution channels (e.g., B2C);
4. Planning and managing budgets and sales forecasts for assigned markets;
5. Repositioning the brand towards the premium market segment.
Candidate requirements include:
* 5-10 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the food/agro-food sector dealing with high-quality products;
* Fluent English skills;
* Knowledge of German is a plus;
* Excellent computer skills, including Office, email, and social networks;
* Experience or knowledge of the high-quality agro-food sector, including products with IG certifications and condiments;
* Deep understanding of sales strategies within the market.

* Strong commercial and organizational skills;
* Analytical abilities and a results-oriented mindset.
The role involves managing and developing markets in Italy and abroad, including travel across Europe, the USA, the UK, and Korea.
