Experteer Overview
In this role you will manage and grow a defined portfolio of large accounts, driving revenue, margins and value through strategic relationships. You will act as a trusted advisor, coordinating cross‑functional resources to unlock opportunities and deliver profitable outcomes. You’ll develop tailored value propositions, lead account planning, and promote TD SYNNEX platforms like InTouch to enhance customer engagement. This position offers a chance to shape long‑term client value within a dynamic, cross‑functional environment.

- Drive adoption of InTouch e‑commerce tool with customers
- Maintain and improve customer SLAs
- Develop tailored propositions aligned to customer requirements to drive engagement
Responsibilities
- 4‑6 years of industry/direct customer experience
- Advanced knowledge of TD SYNNEX business practices; SME in responsible line/technology area
- Outstanding customer relations and communication skills (face‑to‑face)
- Strong presentation, gravitas and business credibility
- Excellent sales, negotiation and results‑orientation
- Strategic planning skills
- Knowledge of product set is advantageous
- Experience in IT industry desirable
- CRM experience (Compass)
- SAP R3 experience desirable but not essential
- Ability to analyze financial inputs (profit/trend margin/OI)
- Working knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
