The PBV Key Account Manager, works within the Sales Fleet team reporting to the Fleet Senior Manager, and supports his/her manager in ensuring that on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis the assigned business channel consistently and profitably meets vehicle sales quotas and revenues, in a highly competitive work environment. As part of Kia’s Purpose‑Built Vehicle (PBV) business line, the role contributes to the development of a new modular, technology‑driven mobility ecosystem.
Maintains and develops long-term relationships with customers, Dealer Network and Leasco’s KAM. S/he represents the brand and provides excellent customer service to the customer base.

1. Deliver Sales TargetsSupports the Fleet Senior Manager in ensuring that monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas and revenue targets for the assigned business channel are consistently and profitably achieved.
2. Manage Key RelationshipsBuilds and maintains strong, long-term relationships with customers, the Dealer Network, and leasing companies’ Key Account Managers, representing the brand and ensuring excellent customer service.
3. Grow B2B BusinessDevelops and increases B2B sales volumes within the assigned area, identifying business opportunities and managing the full sales cycle.
4. Support PBV Development in ItalyActively contributes to the development of the PBV business in the Italian market, supporting commercial strategies and initiatives.
5. Cross‑CollaborationWorks closely with other KAMs to ensure alignment, share best practices, and provide mutual support on PBV-related activities.
6. Market & Competitor MonitoringAnalyses market trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs to identify corrective actions and growth opportunities.
7. Reporting & ForecastingProvides accurate analyses of performance, pipeline, and sales trends for the assigned channel, supporting commercial forecasting.
Your Talents:
8. University degree, pref. Economics or Engineering fields
9. 3+ years in the automotive industry, preferably in LCV focused roles and Product development
10. MS-office proficient (Excel especially)
11. English: fluent, spoken and written
12. Italian: good knowledge, spoken and written
13. Excellent communicator, detail-oriented, and effective in cross-functional teams
