Jsolar Tracker is a global leader in tracker solution providers, focusing on renewable solar energy solutions across more than 20 countries. We seek a Key Account Manager to expand sales coverage in Italy and surrounding European regions.
Responsibilities

* Continuously establish and develop business relationships with new and existing customers, expanding sales coverage in Italy and European countries and providing strong service to new and existing accounts.
* Contribute to the design, development and implementation of the company's sales plan in Spain and European countries.
* Proactively find new accounts to develop additional business in the region.
* Identify and develop key accounts in the Italy and European markets. Negotiate and follow up on contracts.
* Manage entire selling process from forecasting to product delivery and payment collection for all key accounts, maintaining close contact with customers and internal departments.
* Communicate with customers regarding their upcoming projects.
* Coordinate with back office to ensure availability and timely delivery of tracker solutions and advise customers of delivery status.
* Maintain close relationships with existing key accounts to understand their needs regarding technical, financial, logistic and marketing support, organize internal resources, and identify new business opportunities.
* Analyze and monitor account customer data, develop reports based on customer information and development trends.
* Ensure effective reporting of all activities under the managed accounts to the sales director on a daily, weekly, monthly or quarterly basis.
* Represent the company in local and national exhibitions and conferences.
* Stay up to date with market information, including competitors and customers benchmarking, and technical and financial market requirements.
Requirements

* Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role in the PV sector.
* Bachelor's or master's degree in civil, industrial engineering or business administration.
* Strong interpersonal skills, able to influence peers.
* Proactive self-starter and problem solver.
* Strong negotiation and communication skills.
* Innovative, dynamic, and thrives under an ever-changing market.
* Self‑motivated and able to effectively manage time.
* Quick thinker, proactive.

Languages
Native level in English and Italian; other languages are a benefit.
