Key Responsibilities :
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the region.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve revenue targets.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product development teams to align business strategies.
Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients.
Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and partners.
Monitor and report on business development activities and performance.
Required Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
Strong understanding of the education industry and market dynamics.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
Fluency in English & Italian; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.

Experience in the Education Sector.
Knowledge of the English Language Learning market.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
