Aptar is seeking a Commercial Excellence Data & Systems Analyst based in Aptar Italy or Spain. The role involves developing and implementing Commercial Excellence processes through CRM and other systems, supporting Aptar’s customer-centric growth initiatives, and working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure best practices are shared globally. The Data & Systems Commercial Excellence Analyst reports to the Global CE Director. As a Commercial Excellence Data & Systems Analyst, you will: Develop the Internal Commercial Mindset Optimize the Customer Experience Develop, maintain, and standardize reports and insights tools (e.g., C4C, Pipeline Projection, Customer Dashboards) Manage customer database, including requirements, contacts, contracts, and pipeline opportunities Ensure CRM and pipeline best practices Collaborate with IS teams to improve systems Carry out Contract Management activities Support sales training and provide system support to commercial teams Education: Bachelor of Business degree (required) Required Skills: 3-5 years experience in Sales Analysis, CRM expertise; experience in Sales, Marketing, or Pricing is a plus Experience in sales effectiveness projects and supporting global programs Leadership and teamwork skills Ability to analyze large datasets Skills: Strong reporting and analytical skills Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and BI tools (SAP, QlikView, Power BI) Fluency in English; other languages are a plus Excellent communication skills Customer orientation and strategic thinking Who We Are: Aptar leverages insights, design, engineering, and science to develop innovative packaging solutions that enhance brand value and impact lives globally.
