In coordination with the local and international Sales, Business Development, and Marketing organizations, key responsibilities will include, but not be limited to: Building close relationships with end users, consultants, and specifiers in the Video Security Channel to promote the Hanwha brand and increase sales of Hanwha security products. Achieving sales objectives related to product and market share by analyzing market opportunities, influencing decision makers, and driving sales growth. Engaging in strategic planning for short- and medium-term sales, sharing market insights with the Hanwha Product Management team to ensure proper product positioning, and collaborating on marketing strategies with the Country Manager. Managing and developing a network of partners (integrators and installers) within the Hanwha channel partner program (STEP Programme), focusing on sales revenue from these partners. Supporting Strategic Sales Managers in pursuing opportunities in designated regional and vertical markets. Responsibilities include: Consulting with end users, and liaising with major system integrators at senior levels. Keeping customers informed about product information. Expanding project pipelines and revenue from existing customers and acquiring new customers. Reporting weekly on sales and project progress. Conducting customer audits. Market segmentation, positioning, and targeting. Contributing ideas for marketing plans for new product launches and customer events. Focusing on product/channel/customer margins. Ensuring accurate sales forecasting and achieving budgets and targets. Requirements include: A proven track record in business development or sales, with success in demanding environments. Extensive experience with CCTV and related technologies, or similar market segments, especially in presenting solutions to end users and consultants. Ability to understand customer needs, define solutions, and prepare professional proposals. Market knowledge, including main channels and potential customers in the electronic security, IT, and Networking markets. Experience with CCTV manufacturing is beneficial but not essential. Understanding of new technologies, especially network video systems. Business or technical degree is advantageous. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Strong relationship-building skills, motivation, team orientation, and organizational skills. Proactive problem-solving and self-motivation. Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting to executive levels. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Fluency in English and at least one European language.
