Summary
The Sales Specialist will plan and execute strategies to market and sell ARKRAY's lab, POCT, urinalysis analyzers and diabetes care products into new and established hospitals and related markets.

Duties and Responsibilities
* Promote and sell ARKRAY products to achieve assigned sales target within Italy by increasing brand awareness and providing general support such as answering inquiries and providing professional advice to customers.
* Effectively demonstrate and present ARKRAY products, prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and undertake relevant research to meet both the scientific and business needs of customers. Follow-up and coordinate all field activities during the pre- and post-sales process of ARKRAY equipment by working cooperatively with internal members and sales agencies.
* Attend and organize trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings and represent competency in ARKRAY products.
* Prepare technical reports to participate in tenders or offers and develop plans to influence upcoming such.
* Ensure successful implementation of all products at clinical sites.
* Participate in internal/external clinical evaluations, validation and verification. Establish protocols and guidelines and prepare clinical evaluation reports to present data to customers.
* Assist customers in understanding matters related to the verification or validation of ARKRAY products by ensuring they are in compliance with clinical laboratory regulations and accrediting agencies.
* Report on feedback on overall customer experiences for post market surveillance to ensure compliance with local regulations.
* Provide ARKRAY management with market trends and competitive field activity information enabling the company to support territory strategies/tactics and react quickly to competitive actions.
* Responsible for timely, accurate completion of administrative tasks; such as weekly reports, analyzer forecasts, CRM updates, and expense reports.
* Cost-effectively manage territory travel by planning in advance, adhering to company travel guidelines, and using sound business judgment.
* Perform other duties assigned or accepted as out of the guidelines.
Required Knowledge and Skills
* 3+ years direct experience in IVD sales is a MUST - selling to clinical diagnostics market with 2+ years' capital equipment experience (experience selling hemoglobin A1C and urinalysis analyzers preferred).
* Strong contacts within the hospital and reference laboratory markets.
* Bachelor's Degree or above in the field of Life Sciences or related discipline
* Business Level language proficiency in English
* Willingness to travel. This position will require regular travel, including overnight stays, sometimes outside the defined territory, to meet customer needs.
Additional Qualifications
* Ability to support the sales team in ensuring territory and regional sales targets are achieved.
* Ability to provide scientific and clinical application support in pre and post sales of ARKRAY products.
* Ability to organize and conduct demos and execute on-site training sessions for customers.
* Ability to explain technical solutions and benefits, help customers in implementing the solution by supporting the installation and go live process.
* Ability to improve and enhance customer satisfaction by communicating with customers proactively to identify customer needs and make the necessary actions to meet and exceed them.
* Capable of handling customer feedback, complaints and ensure timely and accurate resolution. Also able to report all customer information and problems as well as opportunities to relevant teams.
* Ability to assist the commercial organization and regulatory teams with requests for information to support product sales including but not limited to tenders and product registration in the region.
* Capacity to maintain and expand a loyal network of KOL's within the assigned territory. xdwybme
