You will focus on nurturing relationships with our existing customer base, mainly in the metalworking fluids market, and equally important is driving cross-selling and customer satisfaction initiatives. Our customers’ success is our own. /ppWhat do we offer? /pulliCompetitive pay + bonus program /liliCompany car /liliMeal tickets + Health insurance /lili2 annual days paid volunteering leave /liliAccess to real career growth opportunities in the commercial or other related areas of interest /liliQH University: Online continuous training tool for all seniority levels /liliAttractive Wellbeing, Mental Health, Women Inclusion DEI programs /li /ulpWhat will you do? /pulliDevelop business growth in Central and Southern Italy (Umbria, Marche, Campania, Lazio, Puglia) to achieve company sales and gross margin targets by regularly visiting customer sites /liliCreate strong relationships with key customer contacts across all levels, both existing and prospective, to both increase customer satisfaction and cross-selling success /liliPrepare and create customer presentations, proposals, commercial offers and value selling plans that demonstrate the benefits and value Quaker Houghton can offer /liliDeliver sound technical advice to the customer, working closely with our Product Application team to implement and offer new solutions /liliCommunicate directly with the KAM team for alignment with the account strategy to achieve maximum business potential and aim to exceed customer expectations /liliCollaborate with the QH Fluid Intelligence Solutions team regarding our range of equipment sales /liliCoordinate as well with the Customer Service and Technical Service teams to make sure we meet overall customer expectations /liliRegularly report to management to analyze sales targets, budgets and forecast. Mainly using CRM, Excel and other IT Tools available /liliAttend and participate in conferences and industry trade shows /liliMonitor the competitors' activities, industry trends regional regulations to give feedback to management and KAM team that is useful for innovation and market development /li /ulpWhat are we looking for? /ppThe ideal candidate will have from 1 to 3 years technical sales experience in a B2B environment. Ideally in contact with the metalworking process and the automotive sector.
