We are currently seeking a: Senior Business Development Manager M / F Reporting directly to the Deputy Sales Director, you are recognized as a sales hunter. Key responsibilities Identify, capture, and manage new accounts in the European market. Provide tailored product recommendations to customers based on your product and service knowledge. Develop and define, in coordination with the Global Sales Director, a sales strategy and annual sales plan for your region. Manage distributors and motivate them to visit customers. Execute the existing sales growth plan. Contribute actively to market trend analysis, competitor surveillance, and sales development opportunities to position our products competitively. Support the Sales and Marketing teams at exhibitions and events. Monitor sales figures, forecasts, potential projects, and competitors. Follow up on existing business and prospect for new opportunities to meet sales objectives. Focus on customer needs during visits and presentations. Coordinate with the Global Account Manager during visits to Global Accounts in your area. About you You hold a Master’s Degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Nutrition, or Biology. You have at least 5 years of professional experience in a B2B environment, working with manufacturers, distributors, and CMOs. Experience in the nutraceutical industry and botanical ingredients is a plus, as is a background in international commercial development. You are a proactive hunter, eager to travel regularly. You have a proven track record managing long sales cycles for scientifically validated products with therapeutic benefits. You are autonomous, analytical, flexible, and pragmatic.
