As part of our expansion into the 
Lifestyle & Business events sector 
(e.g. banking, automotive, wellness, luxury, skincare, etc.) we are currently seeking a 
Sales and Key Account Manager 
to join our team. This is a full-time hybrid role, based in Milan, with some work-from-home flexibility, 
with an initial onboarding period planned at our Florence office. 
What You’ll Do Develop new business opportunities 
with lifestyle & business clients Manage key accounts and ensure client satisfaction Lead the sales process from prospecting to contract negotiation Coordinate with internal teams to deliver tailored event solutions Monitor market trends and prepare sales reports 
What We’re Looking For Proven experience in 
sales business development and account management 
in the 
events 
sector Strong knowledge 
of the events industry, particularly in organizing MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Events) for 
Lifestyle & Business areas Excellent 
negotiation and communication skills Fluent in 
English and Italian 
, both written and spoken Proficiency in using 
Microsoft Office Suite 
and other key productivity tools Comfortable working in a hybrid environment Degree in Business, Marketing, Event Management or similar (preferred)
