Coordinate commercial and organizational activities within your store (promotions, events, new product launches, CRM campaigns).
Manage the store's profit and loss statement (inventory discrepancies, operating costs, personnel costs) and propose new strategies to optimize cost categories.Analyze and drive KPIs related to customer behavior (store traffic, average transaction value, units per transaction, etc.).
Manage the stockroom, maintaining optimal stock levels in accordance with product replenishment cycles and merchandising strategies.Implement company procedures (regulations, safety procedures) and commercial policies (pricing, promotions, communication) established by central departments.As the leader of your store, you will manage Sephora Specialists (Department Managers), managerial figures specializing in welcoming customers and engaging them on the sales floor.Collaborate with your Area Manager and the HR department in designing customized internal career development programs.Create a climate where people are motivated to do their best to help the organization achieve its objectives.Do not hesitate to
