We are seeking a strong and experienced Senior Restaurant Manager to oversee the operations of our F&B outlet. The ideal candidate is a hands‑on leader who excels in operations, staff and guest management, revenue and cost control, and can work under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude and high team morale. Excellent English communication skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage daily operations of the Club House and Juice Bar to ensure efficient, high-quality service
* Lead, motivate, and manage staff with a positive leadership style, even in high-pressure environments
* Maintain high standards of guest satisfaction and professionally handle guest concerns
* Drive revenue growth while controlling food, beverage, and labor costs
* Build and sustain high team morale through coaching, teamwork, and clear communication
* Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and operational standards
* Collaborate effectively with management and other departments as a team player

* Proven experience in a senior restaurant or F&B management role
