We are looking for a Brand & Marketing Manager to take full ownership of our cosmetic brand, managing it end-to-end, from product development to market execution, working closely with Sales and Management.
Key Responsibilities
* Define and execute brand strategy, positioning and annual marketing plans
* Manage product development and product marketing, from concept to claims, storytelling and key messages
* Lead new product launches and go-to-market activities
* Oversee brand communication and content across online and offline channels
* Coordinate external agencies and freelancers (creative, digital, PR, social, influencers)
* Supervise website content, social media and influencer marketing
* Develop trade marketing tools and sales materials (presentations, POS, displays)
* Work closely with the sales team, supporting sell-in and participating in client meetings and brand presentations
Qualifications
* Experience in brand management or marketing, preferably in cosmetics or beauty
* Strong understanding of product development and go-to-market processes
* Strategic mindset with a hands‑on, execution‑driven approach
* Strong organizational and communication skills
* Fluent in English
