We are looking for a hungry, motivated Pre-Sales / Sales Engineer to join our team and help us expand across the international market.

Who RedCarbon is: RedCarbon, a European AI cybersecurity scale-up founded in 2020 by IT security experts with over two decades of experience, is on a mission to revolutionize security operations. We pioneered the concept of the Virtual Cyber Analyst, bridging the gap between human expertise and automated intelligence. Our AI Agents are meticulously designed to combat alert fatigue, automate intricate threat analysis, and enable human analysts to concentrate on the most critical aspects of their work

Who you are:

* A Tech Translator: You have a solid background in cybersecurity operations and know how to deliver killer, hands-on product demo
* A Systems Thinker: You easily grasp complex customer infrastructures and incident management workflows. You understand the intricate relationships between different security technologies and know exactly how to seamlessly position and fit the RedCarbon platform into any existing environment to empower cybersecurity response
* English: Mother tongue or C1 level : Flawless communication is key. You must be a English speaker, capable of handling high-level technical presentations and articulating complex concepts to C-levels effortlessl
* Driven & Dynamic: We are looking for high energy and motivation. You prefer the fast-paced, high-impact environment of a scale-up over the slow corporate ladde
* Remote Champion: You are self-driven, highly organized, and thrive in a 100% fully remote environment

What you'll do

* Lead technical demos of the RedCarbon platform for C-levels, SOC Managers, and MSSPs.
* Understand customer needs and workflows to design the best option for fitting the RedCarbon platform into their environment.
* Handle technical objections and prove the value of our AI Virtual Analysts
* Work closely with the Sales team to close deals and with the R&D team to provide market feedback
