Responsibilities
* Customer Strategy: Support customer strategy in alignment with divisional priorities.
* Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
* Market Insights: Provide market feedback and insights to internal stakeholders.
* Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with peers and cross-functional teams.
* Task Execution: Execute prioritized tasks and deliver on commitments.
* Negotiations: Facilitate customer negotiations and maintain strong partnerships.
* Reporting: Prepare and deliver comprehensive reporting.
Qualifications
* Industry Expertise: Commercial and technical expertise in the Automotive Aftermarket industry.
* Language Skills: Professional proficiency in Italian and English; Spanish is a plus.
* Customer Orientation: Strong customer orientation and relationship-building skills.
* Communication: Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
* Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop innovative strategies in complex markets.
* Technical Knowledge: Experience with technically complex products.
* Analytical Skills: Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
