We are looking for a passionate candidate who has good interpersonal and organizational skills and believes to have the propensity for relationships with customers. /p h3What will you be doing? /h3 ul liDetailed knowledge of the menu and being able to articulate it enthusiastically. /li liKnow the steps of service as outlined in the service manual. /li liMake guests feel comfortable and enhance the guest experience. /li liInform guests of specials and menu changes. /li liAnticipate guests' needs and exceed their expectations. /li liSupervise the clearing of tables and mise-en-place necessary for the next course. /li liMaintain cleanliness of work areas throughout the day.
